Following the amazing event last year, we are back this year to have a bigger and better Street Iftar.
Last year over 2000 people attended and Jeremy Corbyn MP was one of many high profile speakers. This year we hope to have even more people attend as it is even more important.
2019 has already been a testing time for us globally with incidents in Christchurch, Sri Lanka and more recently in San Diego. It is important that in these moments we stand firm and together as a community!
Our Street Iftar gives us this opportunity to unite, within the month of Ramadan; a month of mercy. We can unite against deep seated prejudice and bigotry by standing together and showing our collective strength.
